Network Engineer

Role:- Network Engineer

Job Description

Must have:

·3-5 years work experience in networking

·Manning of Network Support Desk

·Manage shift operations - Break rotation, tardiness, SOPs are followed

·Point contact for issues happening within his/her shift

·Ensuring proper shift handover

·Highlight any key shift issues or areas for improvement and provide recommendations on how to improve

·Manage escalation in accordance to defined process

·Liaise with service providers ensuring third party/supplier faults are cleared in a controlled and timely manner

·Supporting Skills - Cisco ASA Series, Cisco Router, Cisco Nexus Series

·Certification – CCNP
