Mercier Consultancy is seeking enthusiastic Nordic Speaking Customer Support Representatives for our Mobile Banking Services team based in Athens, Greece! In this pivotal role, you will assist our Nordic-speaking clients with their mobile banking inquiries and provide exceptional support as they manage their finances through our platform. Responsibilities

• Provide support in Nordic languages via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with inquiries related to mobile banking features, transactions, and account management
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our support system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues effectively
• Guide clients on best practices for using our mobile banking services securely
• Provide feedback to enhance service delivery and improve customer satisfaction
• Participate in training sessions to stay up to date with banking regulations and service enhancements

Requirements

• Fluency in at least one Nordic language (e.g., Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Icelandic, Finnish) and English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer support, particularly in banking or financial services, is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A customer-centric approach with the ability to empathize with clients
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with mobile banking platforms and customer support tools is a plus
