Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients via social media platforms.
• Respond to inquiries, comments, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist customers with understanding products, services, and promotions offered through social media channels.
• Effectively manage customer complaints and engage in proactive problem-solving to enhance user experience.
• Document customer interactions accurately and track feedback for service improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to relay customer insights and support campaigns.
• Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to provide relevant support and recommendations.

Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in social media or digital communications.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and trends, including best practices for customer engagement.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards customer service.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
