Eliot is seeking a Nurse Manager to join our Community Behavioral Health Center's (CBHC) Mobile Crisis Intervention (MCI) Team. Eliot’s innovative CBHC program serves as a single point of entry for mental health and substance use services for youth, families, and adults. In this role, the Nurse Manager will provide leadership, guidance, and oversight to the medical team while fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment. The Nurse Manager will also ensure that medical and psychiatric services are well coordinated and effectively implemented to support high-quality, integrated care for individuals served by the program. The ideal candidate should possess strong clinical expertise and leadership skills, demonstrate the ability to support and develop medical staff, and be committed to delivering compassionate, person-centered care |
