Core Responsibilities

  • Participate in continuing education and meet all licensure and certification requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Active and unrestricted Arizona license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Valid DEA license without restrictions
  • Eligible for credentialing with managed care and commercial insurance plans
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply
