About this role
Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Adult Social Care Occupational Therapist to join its client’s Locality Teams at Warehouse 8 in Hull. This is a full-time locum role with flexibility around working hours. Candidates must be office-based for at least two days per week, with a preference for three to four days to support team collaboration.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Carry out holistic assessments and interventions within adult social care
- Work collaboratively with individuals, carers, and multi-disciplinary teams
- Support independence through equipment provision, adaptations, and reablement
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to safeguarding processes
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care in line with statutory guidance
Qualifications & Experience:
- HCPC registration
- Proven experience as an Occupational Therapist in adult social care
- Occupational Therapy Degree
- Ability to work independently and flexibly
- Strong communication and assessment skills
