Summary of Responsibility:

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Office Administrator will work closely with various team members to help provide the best customer service to our customers. The Office Admin works collaboratively with all departments to ensure every customer receives professional, responsive and personalized attention. This position provides an opportunity in a high growth business in manufacturing with potential for advancement. We are looking for a motivated individual with the ability to successfully operate in a team setting.

What You Will Contribute:

· Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via phone and email and ensuring appropriate actions are taken to resolve any problems or concerns.

· Ability to troubleshoot customer inquiries

· Work with engineering team to track technical inquiries/issues in our service database.

· Process orders using our ERP systems

· Provide customers with documentation pertaining to their order including sending an order acknowledgement with ship date, shipment tracking, and an invoice.

· Work with our shipping department to track, expedite or delay shipments.

· Perform miscellaneous organizational and administrative tasks as required

· Adherence to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Understanding of Microsoft Office

  • Ability to multitask

  • Customer service experience

  • Problem solving skills

  • Demonstrates attention to detail

  • Strong organization skills

  • Collaborative communicator, building strong relationships and fostering teamwork

  • Understanding and capable of following company standard operating procedures

  • Basic math skills
