Office Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide engineering and administrative support to the project team.
• Manage and coordinate engineering documentation.
• Prepare meeting minutes and action items.
• Assist with design and construction reviews.
• Track Requests for Information (RFIs), submittals, and change-related activities.
• Support coordination between engineers, construction staff, and stakeholders.
• Assist and support Lead Reviewers on Contract Deliverable Requirements List (CDRL) reviews.
• Provide construction design documentation support by coordinating and assembling existing as-built records.
• Review design documents for contract compliance.
• Support field investigations and site data collection.
• Work closely with designers, construction managers, and stakeholders.
• Assist and support the Construction Management Team as needed.

Qualifications:

• Completed or in-progress college degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
