About this role
We are seeking qualified and experienced Psychologists (part-time/full-time) to join our growing team as an Onsite Psychologist. As our Onsite Psychologist, you will be the cornerstone of our mental well-being initiative. You will provide high-touch, empathetic support to our employees, fostering a culture of resilience and psychological safety through individual counseling, group workshops, and peer-to-peer support.

What You'll Do
- Provide 1-1 mental health counselling / coaching for employees on various mental health topics (e.g. resilience, stress management, and available well-being resources).
- Develop and deliver group sessions and workshops to promote mental health awareness and resilience.
- Moderate peer support sessions to encourage shared experiences and well-being discussions.
- Maintain monthly utilisation reports to track wellbeing trends and inform future wellbeing strategies.
- Deliver new hire training sessions on resilience, identifying and managing stress triggers, and available wellbeing resources.
- Attend and complete all required continuous developmental tasks, including clinical supervisions, module completion etc.

Requirements

**Education **: Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Psychology (Clinical, Counselling or related fields)

**Experience **: Minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical experience post Bachelor’s degree

**License **: Valid and active licenses from one of the following organisations:
- International School Psychology Association (ISPA)
- Thai Counselling Psychology Association (TAP)
- Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)

**Languages **: Professional fluency in Thai and English.

Mode: This role is onsite and will require in-person presence, with shift rotation. Shifts may be rotated depending on the client’s needs and requests.

Commitment: Part-Time / Full-Time role available. Minimum 2 days commitment required for part-time roles, subject to change.
