The Operational Program Specialist supports daily operational coordination and reporting within the Traffic Control department.
This role focuses on ensuring accurate documentation, assisting supervisors with reporting processes, and supporting smooth communication between office and field teams.

The Operational Program Specialist supports daily operational coordination and reporting within the Traffic Control department.
This role focuses on ensuring accurate documentation, assisting supervisors with reporting processes, and supporting smooth communication between office and field teams.
The position plays a key role in maintaining data accuracy and operational transparency while reducing administrative workload for supervisors.
Work schedule:
Monday - Friday from 15:00 till 23:00

Key Responsibilities
- Review and verify operational reports for accuracy and completeness
- Monitor correctness of entered data and follow up on discrepancies
- Request and consolidate reports related to company vehicles and field operations
- Track truck presence within designated work zones (based on internal systems)
- Communicate with supervisors and field employees regarding reporting updates
- Assist new employees with proper report completion procedures
- Prepare and maintain timesheets and structured operational records
- Support management with operational reporting and coordination tasks
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Confident user of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work with reports and structured data
- Responsible and organized approach to tasks
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to learn and develop within operations
- English — basic to intermediate (for internal documentation)
- Basic Russian- for communication with field employees and supervisors
