We are seeking a (Driver) Operations Associate who won’t back down from a challenge—someone eager to try new things and make history alongside the Lalamove team. Life at Lalamove is fast-paced and constantly evolving, as we push boundaries and redefine last-mile, on-demand delivery. In this role, you’ll build and maintain a highly engaged driver community, support market launch teams in optimising driver acquisition, and boost our brand visibility through a growing fleet of branded vehicles. We’re looking for high-energy, quick-thinking individuals who understand driver needs and can build lasting partnerships with our fleet. You’ll work closely with local teams and report daily to our Hong Kong headquarters, ensuring alignment and integrity while exceeding individual and team KPIs. What you will do:

  • Build and maintain a highly engaged driver community
  • Working closely with our market launch teams - participate in the development of our driver acquisition processes
  • Increase Lalamove’s brand awareness by substantially growing the number of branded vehicles
  • Reporting to the Lalamove functional departments in Hong Kong daily with utmost integrity
  • Achieving total alignment with local teams when executing new initiatives
  • Exceed individual and team targets & KPIs
  • What you will need:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales and customer-facing capacity. Ideal for transitioning from other industries
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively and credibly at all levels of the organisation
  • Proven track record of driving new processes from planning to successful completion
  • Positive, passionate, and proactive mindset, with strong self-initiative and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
  • Data-driven and analytical, with hands-on experience using spreadsheets and related tools
