What you'll do

  • You'll be one of our early team members, building the scaffolding that supports our success. You will be helping us 3x in the next 3 months.

Example projects

  • Unlock geographies via new means of payments acceptance.

  • Build new ops functions and processes from the ground up.

  • Create systems to build leverage and improve decision making.

What you'll bring

  • 3+ years of experience in high-ownership roles at fast-growing startups.

  • Strong analytical instincts — you’re comfortable with data, spreadsheets, dashboards, and turning messy inputs into clear decisions.

  • The ability to get shit done end-to-end. From understanding users → proposing an idea → implementation → iteration.

  • Hunger to win. This is not going to be easy.
