Markdown Content: Our esteem client is looking for an Operations & Compliance Associate(Korean/Japanese Speaker).

• Maintain proper records of client information and ensure documents are securely stored in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.

• Support daily operational activities including account registrations, transaction processing (deposits and withdrawals), and preparation of operational reports.

• Assist with client verification processes (KYC) and conduct basic risk assessments based on client profiles, locations, and transaction behaviour.

• Collaborate with internal teams such as finance, compliance, and audit to provide documentation, reconcile transactions, and address operational matters.

• Prepare reports and highlight operational findings or issues to the supervisor when required.

• Support the development and communication of operational procedures, guidelines, and policy updates.

• Respond to client or internal department inquiries and assist in resolving operational issues or complaints in a timely manner.

• Assist in system setup or configuration tasks based on established operational requirements.

Monitor and escalate any suspicious activities or compliance concerns, including potential money laundering or other unlawful activities.

• Follow the assigned shift schedule and report operational matters or concerns to the supervisor when necessary.
