We’re looking for a dependable, proactive Operations Coordinator to join our Operations Team. You’ll take ownership of our weekend operations, ensuring critical freight continues moving seamlessly into the week. You'll be the trusted point of contact keeping customers supported and issues resolved in real time.

This is a great role for someone who enjoys solving problems, is confident on the phone, and likes working independently while still being part of a close, supportive team.

What You’ll Be Doing Provide operational coverage (5 working days) 3 days throughout the week and 2 days on the weekend (with flexibility on which days you take off during the week). This is a full time permanent position.

Monitor active transport jobs and assist customers to keep loads moving

Communicate with shippers and carriers by phone and email to resolve issues

Escalate urgent matters and record weekend updates for the weekday team

Support the Operations team with admin and coordination tasks

What We’re Looking For You’re confident speaking on the phone and enjoy helping people

You’re organised, dependable, and comfortable working independently on weekends

You can stay calm under pressure and think quickly to solve problems

You enjoy being part of a team and learning as you go

Bonus: Experience in logistics, admin, or customer service is a plus
