Requirements
About Role:
As an an Operations intern, you will play a key role in supporting day to day management of seller relationships across the platform. You will work closely with sellers to onboard their products, carry out quality checks and ensure listings meet the company’s standards. You will also help maintain strong partner relationships to streamline internal processes to support the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Seller Partnerships **: Build and manage relationships with sellers, supporting them in successful listing and multiple product management.
- Onboarding & Support: Assist sellers in listing their inventory, offering onboarding processes in showcasing pieces in ways that appeal to design-conscious buyers.
- Quality Control: Review product listings and perform quality checks to ensure they meet required standards.
- Platform Operations: Monitor seller activity and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless user experience.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work across internal teams in marketing, sales and tech to enhance user experience.
