The Operations Lead will oversee tooling backlogs, lead process rollouts, guide reporting analysis, and drive operational alignment across internal and external stakeholders. This person will act as a partner to delivery teams and leadership, ensuring operational readiness, precision, and impact across client-facing engagements.You’ll bring structure to our systems, visibility to our data, and support to the cross-functional teams driving our client work forward.
