Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & High-Volume Recruitment

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for US-based Sales teams, Operations, Leadership, and specialized roles.

  • Build high-velocity recruitment pipelines for multiple roles simultaneously, balancing quality and speed.

  • Drive aggressive hiring targets, ensuring consistent **time-to-fill and conversion metrics **.

  • Implement innovative sourcing strategies for **hard-to-fill, competitive sales positions **. 2. Team Leadership & Performance

  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing recruitment team capable of executing high-volume recruitment with precision.

  • Set **daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs **, track recruiter performance, and enforce accountability.

  • Conduct Performance Improvement Plans for underperformers and foster a culture of speed, ownership, and excellence. 3. Process Optimization & ATS Setup

  • Design, implement, and optimize ATS workflows and dashboards for tracking productivity, pipeline health, and metrics.

  • Refine recruitment processes to **maximize efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and improve hiring quality **.

  • Establish structured SLAs, evaluation scorecards, and KPI frameworks to drive consistent outcomes. 4. Stakeholder Management
