Build high-velocity recruitment pipelines for multiple roles simultaneously, balancing quality and speed.

Drive aggressive hiring targets, ensuring consistent **time-to-fill and conversion metrics **.

Implement innovative sourcing strategies for **hard-to-fill, competitive sales positions **. 2. Team Leadership & Performance
