Pixofix is looking for an experienced Dhaka Operations & Traffic Manager to lead the day-to-day operational delivery of our retouching service in Dhaka.
In this role, you will ensure that production work is effectively planned, prioritised, resourced, and delivered. You will coordinate production activities, manage team capacity, balance workloads, and maintain a smooth and efficient production flow across both shifts.
You will work closely with Production, the Retouching Operations Lead, Quality Assurance, creative teams, and client stakeholders. While the Retouching Operations Lead focuses on operational excellence, workflow optimisation, reporting, standards, and long-term process improvement, you will be accountable for the successful execution of daily operations.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, calm under pressure, comfortable managing changing priorities, and able to coordinate people and resources in a fast-paced production environment.
What You’ll Do
Manage Daily Operational Delivery
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Dhaka retouching team.
- Ensure that work is planned, prioritised, and delivered according to production requirements and business priorities.
- Monitor production progress throughout the day and proactively address issues that could affect delivery.
- Maintain a clear overview of active projects, deadlines, dependencies, and operational risks.
- Escalate delivery risks, capacity concerns, and other operational issues to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth operational coverage and coordination across both production shifts.
Coordinate Traffic and Resources
- Coordinate the allocation of work across the retouching team based on project priorities, individual skills, availability, and capacity.
- Monitor workload distribution and rebalance resources when necessary.
- Manage daily team capacity, scheduling, attendance, and availability to support delivery commitments.
- Work with clients and internal stakeholders to understand upcoming demand and changes in production volume.
- Proactively identify potential capacity constraints and communicate them to Production.
- Support short- and medium-term resource forecasting.
- Help ensure that delivery commitments remain realistic and achievable as priorities change.
Support Team Operations
- Provide clear day-to-day operational guidance to the retouching team.
- Communicate priorities, deadlines, changes, and operational updates effectively.
- Ensure that established workflows, processes, and production standards are consistently followed.
- Support the onboarding of new team members into existing operational workflows.
- Encourage knowledge sharing and the consistent application of best practices.
- Help resolve operational blockers so that team members can perform their work effectively.
Collaborate Across Teams
- Act as the primary operational contact between Production and the Dhaka retouching team for daily delivery matters.
- Coordinate operational requirements across both production shifts.
- Work closely with the Retouching Operations Lead to implement new workflows, tools, systems, and operational improvements.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance, creative teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth production execution.
- Maintain effective working relationships with relevant client stakeholders.
- Provide practical operational feedback on proposed changes and new processes.
- Identify recurring operational challenges that may require broader process improvements.
Monitor Performance and Drive Improvement
- Monitor operational performance, production throughput, capacity, and resource utilisation.
- Identify delays, bottlenecks, recurring issues, and opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Provide operational insights to support reporting and management decision-making.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by helping translate proposed changes into daily working practices.
- Promote the successful adoption of new operational processes, workflows, and systems.
- Track whether operational improvements are delivering the expected results.
Requirements

- Previous experience in operations management, traffic management, production coordination, resource planning, or a similar role.
- Experience managing day-to-day delivery within a fast-paced production or service environment.

- Experience supporting the introduction of new tools, workflows, or operational processes.
- Understanding of quality-assurance processes within a production environment.
