Oracle Delivery Architect

Müller’s Solutions is on the lookout for a skilled Oracle Delivery Architect to join our innovative team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and delivery of Oracle solutions that align with our clients' business strategies. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and architect robust solutions using Oracle technologies, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.

Responsibilities:

• Design and oversee the implementation of comprehensive Oracle-based solutions tailored to meet client requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams in the delivery of Oracle projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Conduct assessments of existing Oracle environments and provide recommendations for improvements and enhancements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and enforce best practices in Oracle architecture and delivery methodologies.
• Manage the entire project lifecycle from inception through deployment, including risk assessment and management.
• Stay abreast of the latest Oracle technologies and trends to provide cutting-edge solutions.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members and foster a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Oracle architecture, design, and delivery with a strong focus on implementation and project leadership.
• Proven expertise in Oracle databases, applications, and middleware products.
• Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale Oracle implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud solutions, including Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Fusion Applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and navigate complex project requirements effectively.
• Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional, Oracle Cloud Professional) are preferred.
