Job Description

• Work in a collaborative team analyzing client issues and developing solutions
• Author presentations and present findings to clients
• Supervise junior staff and manage parts of client engagements
• Prioritize objectives and contribute to project planning and status reporting

Qualifications

• 8+ years of work experience
• 5+ years experience in supporting and implemenating JD Edwards ERP up to version 9.0
• Experience working with the following JDE Modules: HR, Payroll, Distribution and Logisitics
• Previous experience in sales and business development
• Previous experience as a technical or funcational lead
• Strong commitment to professional client service excellence
• Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions
• Team lead experience a requirement
• Proven analytical skills and systematic problem solving
• Completed undergraduate degree with outstanding academic credentials
• Post graduate degree and an HR professional certification
• Canadian travel required, occasional international travel
