SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
The OSBL Field Operator plays a critical role in ensuring the safe and effective operation of shipping, loading, and utility systems at the RGLNG facility. This position is field based, with a strong focus on LNG ship loading, marine operations, utility systems, and storage tank support. The OSBL Field Operator is responsible for executing operational tasks, performing equipment checks and isolations, coordinating with marine loading personnel, and supporting maintenance activities. The role requires a thorough understanding of utility systems (water, air, nitrogen, steam, fuel gas, etc.) and marine terminal operations.
The OSBL Field Operator works closely with Maintenance, Engineering, HSSE, contractors, and third-party vendors. This role demands strong leadership, communication, and HSSE skills, as well as a high level of situational awareness in a live marine terminal and utility operating environment. The successful candidate must reside within a 50-mile radius of Brownsville, TX. Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates.
