Lead an engaging OSHC service in Noranda and make a real difference in the lives of children every day!

Join us in Noranda as an OSHC Coordinator, where you’ll lead a passionate team of Educators and create a safe, fun and welcoming environment for children before and after school. This is a permanent part-time role offering 31.5 hours per week, including 4 paid non-contact administration hours.

You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday:

Rise then Shine: 6:30am – 8:50am
Stay and Play: 3:00pm – 6:00pm

About the role

As an OSHClub Coordinator, you’ll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This role is all about leadership: 

  • You’ll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program, filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts—all designed to inspire and engage. 
  • You’ll take full ownership of your team’s roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks—all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth. 
  • With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, you’ll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact. 

Qualifications

  • A natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow
  • Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!)
  • State working-with-children check
  • Australian working rights
  • National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)  
  • WA First Qualified Educator - Have completed a relevant qualification to work as a First Qualified Educator in WA in accordance with ACECQA
