About this role
- Develop global and regional social media strategies and promotion plans based on annual industry trends. Plan/execute content calendars and campaigns on X(Twitter),Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc., accountable for communication effects and business KPIs.
- Formulate regional social media marketing strategies, and collaborate with the team to drive the planning and implementation of their rollout.
- Combine product roadmap, brand positioning and user insights to highlight product/service strengths from users’ perspective. Proactively capture industry hot topics for content creation.
- Integrate resources, collaborate with cross-functional teams on social media campaigns. Develop high-impact, brand-consistent content to strengthen user brand recall, and cooperate efficiently with overseas markets and headquarters.
- Formulate operation strategies (user engagement, social media advertising, etc.). Track content performance via data analysis, optimize continuously to ensure effective reach to target users.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above; overseas study/work experience preferred. Fluent in English (working language) with excellent English copywriting skills.
- 3+ years of proven experience in social media operations. Interest in online brokerage industry; familiarity with finance, securities, futures trading is a plus. North American market experience preferred.
- Strong creative planning and copywriting abilities. Deep understanding of overseas social platforms and user habits. Track record of designing actionable content marketing campaigns; excellent works/cases preferred.
- Keen industry/user insights, ability to capture market trends. Agile thinking, self-motivated, result-oriented. Good at resource integration and innovative content production.
- Strong logical reasoning and data analysis skills. Capable of data-driven iteration, review and summarizing reusable experience.
- Outstanding execution, sense of responsibility and ambition. Detail-oriented, quick learner with good team spirit.
