The
Mission Of This Role

Partner with sales, customers and brands to lead the development process for innovative cosmetics packaging solutions; from ideation through to production. This position is a fixed term contract of 12-months for maternity cover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders - including manufacturers, brands, sales teams, new product development teams and designers - to manage the packaging development process and support successful market launches.
  • Lead and coordinate project timelines across all development stages, ensuring milestones, deliverables meet customer expectations.
  • Create and manage project-related information and item data (SAP S4) in accordance with company procedures
  • Drive customer validation and approval processes for new and revised packaging solutions by preparing and maintaining technical documentation and defining product specifications.
  • Partner with the Sales Team to coordinate customer meetings and technical discussions
  • Build and maintain a strong understanding of each customer’s product portfolio through close collaboration with Sales and ongoing customer engagement.



Requirements

  • University Degree in a relevant field
  • Proven experience with project management
  • Experience in the cosmetics packaging industry is desirable
  • Problem solving and organized person
  • Customer service focus
