Are you a passionate Paediatric Speech Pathologist looking to join a well-established, purpose-driven organisation?
An opportunity is now available with a highly respected not-for-profit provider that has been supporting children and families across NSW for over 40 years. This is a dedicated **paediatric-only role **, working with children and adolescents across clinic, school and telehealth settings.
The Role
You will be working with a multidisciplinary team of experienced clinicians supporting children with speech, language, communication and fluency needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting paediatric assessments and evidence-based intervention
- Supporting school communities through consultation and professional learning
- Working collaboratively with psychologists, educators and families
- Participating in peer supervision and structured clinical mentoring
- Providing high-quality, family-centred care
✔ Travel reimbursement available for clinicians commuting from other parts of Sydney (kilometre allowance provided).
✔ Flexible arrangements available, including work-from-home time for report writing and telehealth.

About You
- Bachelor or Master of Speech Pathology
- Certified Practising Member of Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
- Experience or strong interest in paediatric caseloads
- Knowledge of evidence-based paediatric assessment and intervention
- Current driver’s licence and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle (preferred for school/community work)
