Your challenge
Your Mission – Logistics Focus
As an International Logistics ** Intern **, you’ll be part of the team that keeps our transactions running smoothly and helps us scale:
- Own transport coordination end-to-end: coordinate with partners and ensure reliable, on-time delivery.
- Negotiate transport conditions - assist in optimizing pricing and terms to improve cost efficiency and protect margins.
- Track and manage logistics flows in real time - proactive solve issues, react quickly, and keep deliveries on schedule.
- Ensure operational excellence - handle administrative tasks with precision, keeping all data accurate and up to date across systems.
- Drive continuous improvement - take initiative to streamline operations and contribute to building more efficient, scalable processes.
Your profile
Your Profile
- Enrolled at a non-German Erasmus+ university, ideally towards the end of your studies.
- Available for 5-6 months in Hamburg.
- Strong written and spoken English; any additional languages are a clear plus in our international setup.
- Hands-on, can-do mindset with strong ownership and bias for action.
- Clear and confident communicator, comfortable interacting with partners, carriers, and internal teams.
- Comfortable picking up the phone and handling challenging conversations when needed.
- Solution-oriented thinker who tackles problems proactively and pragmatically.
- Genuine interest in logistics, transport, and freight forwarding, with a willingness to learn and grow fast.
