At Heirloom we maintain, update, and renovate several hundred homes in our community which provides an opportunity to learn an incredibly wide set of residential remodeling and repair skills. Painter Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be of the age of 18 or older
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license
• Must have a clean driving record
  

Painter Major Tasks, Key Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities:

• Prepares surfaces to be painted, which may include removing prior finishes
• Masks, removes, covers, or otherwise protects furniture, hardware, trim, and other non-painted surfaces
• Applies paint to interior and exterior surfaces using brushes, rollers, and other tools
• Maintains a clean work area
  
• Performs other duties as assigned

Painter Job Overview and Requirements:

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and provide consistent work
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to distinguish among colors
• Prolonged periods of standing and painting
  
• Must be able to lift as much as up to 50 pounds at times
