Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit corporate filings to the Secretary of State, including entity formations, amendments, annual reports, and other related documents.

- Review and verify data for completeness and compliance with filing requirements.
- Manage high-volume filings during peak weeks (end and start of each month).
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all filings and documentation.
- Assist with clerical and administrative tasks to support legal operations.
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure filings are processed on time and accurately.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of paralegal experience preferred; corporate law experience a strong plus.
- Familiarity with Secretary of State filings and business entity documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with high-volume data entry.
- Proficiency with technology and willingness to learn proprietary software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
