Key Responsibilities

- Capture lessons learned and provide project summary briefings.
- Lead execution of project phases using established project management methodologies.
- Develop integrated project schedules including critical path and resource planning.
- Ensure project teams execute deliverables according to plan and support recovery planning.
- Monitor project execution including schedules, deliverables, and financial performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage internal and external dependencies.
- Facilitate project meetings and track action items through completion.
- Provide performance feedback and support team development.
- Support training initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure successful project turnover.
- Ensure systems of record are accurate and properly maintained.
- Support compliance with export control requirements.
- Travel up to 15% as required.

- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience managing complex projects.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills across technical and business stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with project management and Microsoft Office tools.
