Key Responsibilities

Parts Sales & Customer Support

  • Assist customers and technicians with parts inquiries
  • Identify correct replacement parts and equipment components
  • Prepare parts quotes and process customer orders
  • Research availability, compatibility, pricing, and sourcing options
  • Deliver responsive and professional customer service
  • Build long-term customer relationships through reliability and support

Inventory & Warehouse Operations

  • Receive, stock, organize, and distribute inventory
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and stock locations
  • Perform cycle counts and inventory audits
  • Assist with inventory reconciliation and inventory accuracy initiatives
  • Support shipping, receiving, and logistics activities

Operational Support

  • Process purchase orders and vendor documentation
  • Maintain accurate inventory and parts records within business systems
  • Coordinate with technicians, service managers, vendors, and operations personnel
  • Support service workflow and aftermarket operations

A Typical Day Might Include

โœ” Looking up replacement parts for technicians

โœ” Helping customers identify the correct parts for their equipment

โœ” Processing customer orders and quotes

โœ” Receiving incoming inventory shipments

โœ” Updating inventory records

โœ” Working with vendors to source hard-to-find parts

โœ” Supporting service teams with urgent parts requests

โœ” Maintaining inventory accuracy

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in parts, inventory, service support, warehouse operations, equipment support, or related fields
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience with inventory management and parts systems preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
