Patient Services Assistant

Hollywood Private Hospital is a modern hospital located in Nedlands with a strong reputation for excellence in patient care. There is plenty of parking available on site as well as 3 cafes located inside the hospital.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Service Assistant to join our friendly hospital on a permanent part-time basis. In this role, you will provide essential support across a range of hospital departments, working closely with clinical and non-clinical teams to deliver safe, effective, and patient-centred care.

You will contribute to patient comfort, safety, and dignity while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the hospital. 

About You

You are compassionate, reliable, and thrive in a fast-paced hospital environment.

You will also bring:

• Sound knowledge of infection control, manual handling, and workplace safety procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
• Certificate IV in Health Services Assistance is not essential not highly desirable

Additional Information

• Must provide or complete a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months.
