Payroll & Hr Expert

Join SD Worx and help shape the future of global payroll services. As part of our growing SAP MPS and BPO organization, you will act as the country payroll expert, leading payroll delivery, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end payroll delivery using SAP SuccessFactors (EC, ECP, PCC).

• Ensure compliance with local payroll, tax, and labour regulations.

• Lead payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, quality, and SLA adherence.

• Act as the primary client contact for payroll-related matters.

• Provide expert guidance on payroll processes, configurations, and legislation.

• Lead payroll implementations, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Maintain payroll documentation and support knowledge sharing across teams.

• Coach and mentor Payroll Specialists and Administrators.

About You

• 8–12 years of payroll experience, ideally in a payroll outsourcing environment.

• Expert knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors EC, ECP, and PCC.

• Strong understanding of local payroll legislation, tax regulations, and expatriate payroll.

• Proven client management and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Fluent in English and the local country language.

Nice to Have

• Payroll certifications (CPP, PCP, or local equivalent).

• Experience with HR, finance, benefits, time, and workforce management integrations.

• Shared services or outsourcing experience.
