And we’re looking for an engaged, organized, and vibrant all-star People Experience and Development Specialist to lead the charge! Our next People Experience and Development Specialist will get involved in a wide range of projects and work with a mix of diverse stakeholders, all with one goal: to make Insider One a great place to work.

What You Will Do

  • Engagement & Culture: Design and lead team-building, well-being programs, and recognition initiatives to keep engagement levels high and retention strong.
  • Learning & Growth: Build an "always be learning" attitude by organizing workshops, personal development tracks, and training that sharpen our team's abilities.
  • Onboarding Excellence: Own and evolve our onboarding process to ensure every new hire is integrated seamlessly into our culture and workflows.
  • Strategic Operations: Manage PX/L&D budgets, maintain HR policies, and use data-driven reports to constantly improve the work environment.
  • Employer Branding: Promote our culture internally and externally, helping us stand out as a top-tier employer.
  • Agile Mindset: Stay eager to jump into "out-of-field" projects and contribute to the company's evolving needs.

    • What You Will Need

  • Have a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Have 2+ years of experience in internal branding and engagement activities or an event organization agency background.
  • Are passionate about HR and engaging deeply with people on a level that people are the core of your motivation.
  • Have an excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Are result-oriented people with strong planning and organization skills.
  • Have a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Are comfortable with ambiguity; we love people who are resourceful enough to find solutions on their own and flourish.
