You'll be part of our People Operations team led by Mathilde Fontaine, People Ops Manager. On the EMEA zone, you'll be working on a scope of 700 Mirakl workers, based in 8 countries.

1. AI-powered screening conversation (10 min) with Emma, Mirakl's AI Talent Ambassador, to explore your background and motivation for the role. You will need to complete this step within 3 days, otherwise we won't be able to move forward with your application
2. Phone screening with our recruiter to discuss your profile and expectations
3. Two interviews to meet your future manager and a future colleagues. You'll become familiar with the STAR method and structured interviews
