Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for general employment-related queries received via the HR mailbox and ticketing system
- Maintain and update personal and employment data in our HR database (Oracle) to ensure accuracy and compliance, act as the owner of HR data integrity.
- Manage the absence and sickness process, including monitoring and regular reporting of absence data
- Prepare drafts of employment contracts, amendments, references, and other employment-related documents.
- Execute onboarding and offboarding formalities, ensuring all system steps and documents uploads are completed correctly and on time
- Assist with monthly payroll by providing accurate data and collaborating with the internal payroll team.
- Create and manage purchase orders (POs) for HR-related invoices and ensure timely processing.
- Support other business request and HR projects as necessary.

- Specialist Skills & Experience
- Fluent in English (written and spoken C1+)
- Previous experience working in HR or in comparable role, ideally in an international environment
- Strong Office365 skills (Excel, Sharepoint, Forms)
- Proficiency in HR systems or similar
- Knowledge of Polish and/or UK/EU labour law not required but will be a great advantage
