Physical Therapist Assistant

We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time outpatient position. This role involves supporting patients through each stage of their rehab sessions, helping them perform exercises safely, understand their care plan, and continue making progress between visits. ** Spanish speaking is required** to support clear patient communication.

Location: Lauderhill, FL

Schedule: M, W, F 8:00 AM-6:00 PM | T, Th 9:00 AM-2:00 PM

Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour

Salary: $65K-$75K/year DOE plus full benefits

Responsibilities:

• Implement treatment plans designed by the Physical Therapist
• Assist patients with exercises and functional movements
• Observe progress and communicate any changes
• Maintain daily treatment records
• Help Spanish-speaking patients understand instructions

Requirements

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
• Active Florida PTA license
• Outpatient experience preferred
• Spanish speaking required
