A Role Built Around Movement and Progress

This Physical Therapist Assistant position is ideal for someone who enjoys active patient care. You’ll work in a PT-owned orthopedic outpatient office helping patients improve strength, mobility, balance, and function.

The clinic is located in Pompano Beach, FL and treats 2 patients per hour.

Schedule Options

• 4-day work schedule
• Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Flexible scheduling available

Pay

• $60,000–$70,000 per year, depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Provide PTA services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist patients with prescribed exercises and functional rehab activities
• Support gait training, balance work, range of motion, and strengthening
• Watch patient response and report updates to the PT
• Review home program instructions with patients
• Prepare equipment and treatment spaces
• Document patient visits clearly and on time
• Help maintain a smooth clinic flow

Requirements

• Active Florida PTA License
• PTA Degree required
• Outpatient experience required, including clinical rotation experience for new graduates
• New graduates are welcome to apply
