Physical Therapist Assistant

A private outpatient clinic is looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant to join the team full-time. In this role, you’ll help patients rebuild strength, improve mobility, and follow through with their therapy goals in a one-on-one treatment setting. You’ll be part of the daily care process, from exercise guidance to progress updates. ** Spanish speaking ability is required.**

Location: Sunrise, FL

Schedule: M, W, F 8:00 AM-6:00 PM | T, Th 9:00 AM-2:00 PM

Patient Volume: 1 patient an hour

Salary: $65,000-$75,000/year DOE plus full benefits

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily treatment sessions
• Lead patients through therapy exercises
• Track progress and report to the Physical Therapist
• Keep documentation organized and accurate
• Support Spanish-speaking patients during visits

Requirements

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
• Active Florida PTA license
• Outpatient experience preferred
• Spanish speaking required
