Physical Therapist Assistant – Outpatient Orthopedic Clinic

A PT-owned orthopedic outpatient office in Boca Raton, FL is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to support treatment plans and help patients move through rehab safely and effectively.

This clinic treats 2 patients per hour, giving PTAs time to guide exercises, monitor form, communicate patient updates, and support progress without a rushed pace.

Position Details

• Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient Office
• Clinic: PT-owned
• Patient Volume: 2 patients per hour
• Schedule: Flexible — 4-day work schedule or Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Salary: $60,000–$70,000 per year, depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Carry out treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities
• Assist with strengthening, balance, mobility, flexibility, and gait training
• Monitor patient response during treatment
• Communicate progress or concerns to the supervising PT
• Reinforce home exercise programs and safe movement
• Complete accurate treatment documentation
• Help keep treatment areas organized and ready

Requirements

• Active Florida PTA License
• PTA Degree required
• Outpatient experience required, including clinical rotation experience for new graduates
• New graduates are welcome to apply
