Physical Therapist Assistant

We’re hiring a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant for a private outpatient practice. This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys focused patient care, steady scheduling, and helping people improve how they move during everyday life. You’ll support treatment plans created by the Physical Therapist and work directly with patients throughout their visits. ** Spanish speaking is required.**

Location: Plantation, FL

Schedule: M, W, F 8:00 AM-6:00 PM | T, Th 9:00 AM-2:00 PM

Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour

Salary: $65K-$75K/year DOE plus full benefits

Responsibilities:

• Carry out therapy plans under PT supervision
• Guide patients through exercises and movement work
• Monitor patient response and share updates
• Complete clear and timely documentation
• Communicate with Spanish-speaking patients

Requirements

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
• Active Florida PTA license
• Outpatient experience preferred
• Spanish speaking required
