  • Evaluate patients referred for physical therapy services
  • Work as part of a team to provide physical therapy services to our patients
  • Document care provided
  • Supervise physical therapy services provided by Physical Therapist Assistants, Athletic Trainers, and Therapy Aides
  • Comply with federal, state, local, professional and company requirements
  • Keep information confidential in accordance with HIPAA
  • Participate in marketing and community outreach activities
  • Represent the profession and the company in a professional manner
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Eligible for licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in North Carolina and/or Commonwealth of Virginia
  • Valid drivers license
  • Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy strongly preferred. Bachelor's or master's degree in Physical Therapy will be considered
  • CPR certification
  • Previous work experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting preferred
  • Previous work experience supervising a care team a plus
