Physical Therapist – Boca Raton Outpatient Rehab Opportunity

What the Day Looks Like

Your day will include evaluating patients, building care plans, providing hands-on treatment, progressing exercises, educating patients, and helping people return to daily movement with less pain and better function.

This role is based in a PT-owned orthopedic outpatient office in Fort Lauderdale, FL with a patient volume of 2 patients per hour.

Core Details

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year
Schedule: Flexible — 4-day work schedule or Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient Office
Clinic: PT-owned
Patient Volume: 2 patients per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and determine appropriate treatment goals
• Treat orthopedic injuries, post-surgical cases, pain, weakness, and mobility limitations
• Use manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and functional activities
• Educate patients on recovery, home exercises, and injury prevention
• Modify treatment based on patient response
• Complete treatment notes and progress reports
• Partner with PTAs to support patient outcomes

Requirements

• Active Florida Physical Therapist License
• DPT Degree or MSPT Degree
• Outpatient experience required, including clinical rotation experience for new graduates
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
