Physical Therapist

Our practice is hiring a Physical Therapist to help patients improve movement, reduce physical limitations, and return to regular activities. This position is suited for a clinician who enjoys hands-on patient care, thoughtful treatment planning, and helping people work toward realistic recovery goals.

Responsibilities:

• Perform initial evaluations and ongoing reassessments
• Identify treatment needs and set measurable therapy goals
• Deliver exercise-based therapy and manual interventions
• Support patients with strength, flexibility, and mobility training
• Update treatment plans based on progress and clinical response
• Explain home care instructions in a clear and practical way
• Keep patient documentation organized and accurate

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree
• Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license
• Experience in outpatient or rehabilitation care preferred
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
• Ability to work well with patients and clinical staff
