Schedule Options

The clinic strongly prefers one of the following schedules:

Preferred: Four 10-Hour Days
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Tuesday off each week

Alternative: Monday–Friday Schedule
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

Daily Patient Care

You can expect to see approximately 7–15 patients per day, with the clinic averaging around 160–190 patient visits per week. The primary caseload includes orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, and patients range from 11 to 90 years old.

Responsibilities

  • Perform physical therapy evaluations and reassessments
  • Develop treatment plans that support mobility, strength, function, and recovery
  • Provide skilled interventions for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
  • Guide patients through therapeutic exercise, balance work, gait training, and functional movement
  • Use manual therapy and other appropriate treatment techniques
  • Track patient response and update treatment plans when needed
  • Provide patient education for home programs and injury prevention
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation using WebPT
  • Coordinate care with PTAs and other clinical team members

Requirements

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
  • Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure
  • New graduates are welcome to apply
  • Outpatient orthopedic experience is a plus
  • Strong communication, documentation, and patient education skills
  • Comfortable working with patients across different ages and activity levels
