Salary: $90,000–$100,000 per year, based on experience

Schedule Options

The clinic offers flexibility and strongly prefers one of the following schedules:

Option 1: Four 10-Hour Days, Preferred

• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
• Tuesday off each week

Option 2: Monday–Friday Schedule

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

Clinic Details

• Patient Volume: 7–15 patients per day
• Clinic Volume: Approximately 160–190 patient visits per week
• Clinical Team: 2 Physical Therapists and 2 Physical Therapist Assistants
• EMR System: WebPT
• Patient Age Range: 11 to 90 years old
• Primary Caseload: Orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions

Responsibilities

• Complete patient evaluations and identify movement, strength, pain, and function concerns
• Build treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and diagnosis
• Provide outpatient orthopedic care using therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, mobility training, and functional rehabilitation
• Treat patients with musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgical needs, pain conditions, and movement limitations
• Track progress and adjust care plans when clinically appropriate
• Educate patients on home exercise programs, activity modification, and safe movement
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge plans in WebPT
• Coordinate care with PTAs and other clinical team members

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
• Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required
• Strong patient communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work well in a team-based clinic environment
