Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Patient Flow: 1–2 patients per hour
Pay Range:
$65K–$70K for new graduates
$80K–$90K for experienced Physical Therapists

About the Role

This Physical Therapist position offers a steady Monday–Friday schedule, manageable patient volume, and the opportunity to make a direct impact on each patient’s recovery.

As a PT, your work will focus on helping patients move better, regain strength, improve function, and work toward goals that matter in everyday life. You will evaluate each patient, create a clear treatment plan, guide therapy sessions, and adjust care as progress is made.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform patient evaluations and functional assessments
  • Create treatment plans that match patient goals, diagnoses, and recovery needs
  • Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, balance training, gait training, and mobility support
  • Educate patients on home exercises, body mechanics, injury prevention, and recovery expectations
  • Monitor outcomes and modify treatment plans based on progress
  • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Coordinate care with physicians, referral sources, and other healthcare professionals as needed
  • Help patients build strength, movement confidence, and independence

Requirements

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
  • Active or eligible Physical Therapist license in Missouri
  • New graduates are welcome to be considered
  • Prior clinical experience is a plus for higher salary consideration
  • Strong communication, documentation, and patient-care skills
  • Ability to manage a full-time caseload while maintaining quality care standards
