HOME HEALTH PHYSICAL THERAPIST

FULL TIME, PART TIME OR PER DIEM POSITIONS AVAILABLE

Qualifications

• Current NJ PT license

• Minimum of two to three years experience as a therapist. Medicare certified home care experience a plus but, not necessary

• Graduation from accredited PT program

• Strong customer skills with ability to case manage caseload and have excellent time management and documentation skills

• Proficiency in electronic documentation required
