Physical Therapist Director

A full-time Physical Therapist Director is needed for an outpatient physical therapy office in Stephens City, VA. The role pays $90,000-$120,000 per year and follows a ** Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM** schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead patient care services in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Conduct evaluations and establish measurable treatment goals
• Treat patients with injuries, pain, post-operative needs, and mobility limitations
• Support clinical staff with care planning and case questions
• Review progress notes, plans of care, and discharge summaries
• Help manage daily clinic operations and patient flow
• Promote compliance with professional and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Virginia or eligible for Virginia licensure
• Active Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
• Outpatient physical therapy experience required
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or clinic management experience preferred
• Strong documentation, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
• Ability to balance direct care with operational leadership
