- Pickleball playing experience and a solid understanding of the rules preferred
Responsibilities
- Facilitate open plays, leagues, and tournaments in an organized, professional manner
- Interact directly with players to create an inclusive, engaging, and fun event environment
- Evaluate event structure and flow, providing constructive feedback to the events team to improve operations
- Assist the Lead Pro with kids programming and camps, helping organize drills and games to keep sessions fun, energetic, and well-structured
Compensation & Benefits
- $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience, for CityPickle-hosted duties
