Plant Manager
The Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire site, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality operations while driving continuous improvement, operational excellence, and sustainable business growth.
What you’ll do:
• Lead all plant operations, including production and support functions, ensuring safety, efficiency, and alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive operational performance, productivity, and financial growth.
• Ensure achievement of KPIs related to quality, cost, delivery, and productivity.
• Manage plant budget, headcount, and overall P&L performance.
• Lead seamless product launches in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Drive the Zero Defect strategy and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes.
• Develop, coach, and motivate leadership teams and employees to achieve high performance.
• Optimize manufacturing processes from design through implementation to improve efficiency and output quality.
• Ensure compliance and leadership in Environmental Management System (EMS) objectives.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement innovative solutions to improve operations.
• Oversee administrative processes and ensure timely and accurate operational and financial reporting.
What is required:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• 10+ years of management experience in manufacturing, production, or quality environments.
• Strong background in industry standards and methodologies such as TS-16949, IATF, TPM, APS, JIT, and Six Sigma.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
• Deep understanding of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.
• Solid knowledge of quality, cost control, and manufacturing optimization techniques.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• US Visa.
